Road closures have been announced in anticipation of utility construction, including a sewer line installation and manhole work. Please be advised, the intersection of Avenue K and Durham will be closed from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. June 18th and 19th for utility construction. The road closure will be set at the traffic light on Austin Avenue and Avenue K. Also, the south bound turn lane from Austin Avenue to Avenue K will be closed.
Additional street closures for this project include the intersection of Durham and Avenue J will be closed leading to Avenue K. The intersection of Avenue K and 1st Street will be closed leading to Austin Avenue. The intersection of Roselawn and Durham will be closed leading to Avenue K.
Any residents living in the orange areas marked on the map provided will need assistance from a City employee to access their property, all other through traffic will be redirected while utility work is being completed in the area.
