View the transformation of Riverside Park following major infrastructure upgrades completed as Phase I of a two-phase improvement project.
The improvements at Riverside Park were initiated and identified as part of the adopted 2023 Parks Master Plan, developed through extensive community engagement including surveys and public meetings. The improvements were designed to support both the day-to-day use of the park, previous events held and anticipated future needs in mind.
Phase I improvements were made possible through federal American Rescue Plan funds, allowing the City to address long-standing infrastructure needs while preserving local financial resources.
