Testing

The Brownwood/Brown County Health Department Tuberculosis (TB) program provides Tuberculosis Testing for school or employment requirements, or due to possible exposure. 

TB Skin Test 
TST can be done on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, or Friday and MUST be checked at the Health Department 48-72 hours later. 

TB Blood Tests: QuantiFeron Gold , T-Spot 

Treatment for Active TB or Latent TB is available.
